Troubleshooting
Please make sure you have Java enabled in your browser. In your browser open preferences or options and check the box to enable Java. If you have trouble making your selections using Internet Explorer, we recommend using Netscape Navigator. After you have made your selections and have clicked on the "Place Order" link, please allow time for the information to be sent to the secure server.
Macintosh users 9.2 or earlier please use Netscape 4.x. OS X (10.2.8 or earlier) users will need to use Netscape 7.02,
also make sure you have updated the MRJPluginCarbon 1.0 Java plugin for Mac OS X to version 1.0.1 located here:
http://homepage.mac.com/pcbeard/MRJPlugin/ to provide compatibility with Mac OS X 10.2 and later.

Panther OS X (10.3.3) works well with Safari 1.2 and the Java 1.4.2 update.

Free Standard Shipping when you order 4 or more items.
Shipping in the United States: 1-3 items is $4.95. Most orders are processed immediately and shipped the same day,
if there is a long delay we will contact you and let you know.

International orders (Outside the United States). We accept only International Money Orders, send to our
address below.
Free Shipping doesn't apply for orders outside the U.S. Please ignore the shipping charges on your invoice, once shipping has been determined for your country we will email you the adjusted total. We will ship the order insured for your country whenever possible, Bear Prints, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items nor any damage incurred in shipment. Buyer assumes responsibility of reimbursement of damaged items from shipping company.

Returns
We custom make each order, so we cannot accept returns unless the garment has a flaw. Please make sure of the size and color before you order, we do not make exchanges for wrong size and color. When in doubt go with a larger size. We only print on first quality shirts and we inspect each item. If in the event you find a hole in the garment please let us know by e-mailing us or calling us here 828-369-5494. Shipping is non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on Custom Embroidered and Custom Printed garments. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all other returns. Policies may change without notice.
